Hey all, I've been vegan for over 3 years but just recently turned raw in the beginning of august. I feel GREAT, I've lost 9 pounds since and I haven't even exercised. Being RAW has given me energy and most importantly has opened my mind up so much that I've even started up a raw food blog about my life and my opinions on health. Just one question before I go , are there any good exercises any of you recommend for a beginner so I can lose the rest of this belly fat? :D

I went from vegan to raw a little over a year ago and it has been amazing!
The best approach to belly fat I have found is cardio and green smoothies (GS). According to Victoria Boutenko, the GS goddess, we store toxins in our fat cells. When we introduce greens into our system by drinking GS, those toxins begin to release. The result is a decrease in belly fat for those of us who tend to store it there.
I have watched a number of my friends start a regime of walking and GS and literally lose inches from their middle in a matter of weeks.
