So i started the raw lifestyle for high blood pressure and a couple other issues.
Ive been on for about 3 weeks :) so far i lost 10 pounds and no longer have high blood pressure and also feel great for the most part. I feel good but my eyes hurt/feels like after swimming in a pool with chlorine and are sensitive to light? for the last couple of days i slipped back into the sad diet and my eyes stopped hurting? Can anyone explain whats going on here?
