Besides smoothies - what do you eat for breakfast? I need some ideas other than smoothies, salads, soups. Please help! :)

Lasagna, burgers, loaves, pancakes, bacon, Thai wraps, ~ whatever you feel to. Why limit yourself to "breakfast" foods? It's all real; it's all live, eat it!

Watermelon.
If you have time juice the skin with a little flesh and drink that first and then follow with the remainder of the flesh.
Extremely nutritious.
My breakfast today was 3 mangoes. They are so good right now.

Thank you everyone! I really cannot eat just fruit with my hypoglycemia problems. But maybe a nut loaf in the a.m. might do the trick... Thanks again!

Can you have Alissa's Date Nut Tort.
When I was transitioning I often made this and had a quarter or a third of it for breakfast with a cup of tea. You have 3 or 4 days breakfast in that.

I love eating fruit porridge..
an apple and some almnds, dash of cinnamon in a foodprocessor, give it a quick whirl, chop small but dont make into puree..place in bowl and if you want sprinkle some hempseeds over the top...yum.
The nuts and hempseeds will slow down the sugar uptake so it won't affect your hypoglyc. as bad or at all. I had really severe HG before I went raw but since I have not had any issues..and I now can eat all fruit for BF.
Good luck.

Fruit soup: make any smoothie you want, then chop more fruit into it. ;) I really like ginger parsley applesauce with chopped bananas lately...
Banana oatmeal: mash some bananas till it's goopy with no large chunks. Mix with a bit of stevia and raisins in a bowl. Pour a nut milk on top, and sprinkle some cinnamon. :D
Banana ice cream and variations never get old, either. ;)

Try these, not sure if the bananas will be too much for the hypoglycemia. Just thought I'd post it.

Tried to copy and paste the recipe, but it wouldn't let me.

I saw Alissa make the Papaya pudding on her dvd and I have been making it ever since. 1 small papaya or 1/3 to 1/2 of a larger one plus one banana. Blend in the vitamix or blender. Sooo creamy and smooth and easy. I don't like papaya by itself but I love this.
Oops! Sorry Raspberry. I didn't see the post about hypoglycemia. Try Debs idea and try grawnola. I have a great recipe but my book is loaned out right now. Bummer.

Buckwheat porridge is good if you're looking for something hearty. I usually have a banana with almond butter just to get me going and follow in a couple hours with a smoothie.
