My husband and I will be trying the raw food lifestyle and we will see what happens:confused:. I am 100 lbs overweight, diabetic, plus many more things:rolleyes:.
"Man made medicine" was my down fall. (I'm not saying all man made meds are bad) I was healthy until about 5 years ago when I had to take some medicine.. all problems started then, now I have been off all meds 3 years but still I'm effected by the side affects of the meds:eek:.
All I can do is give this my all and stay with it..... I hope it works, I am sooooo tired of being sick and hurting.:p

We are here for you Sue! Your hubby too! This forum is a wonderful support group and most of us have 'been there, done that' concerning many issues when going raw.
You can do this girl! How do I know that? Because we all have. And all it takes is one day at a time. :)

My husband takes 5 medications for diabetes - 2 oral and 3 injectable. He refuses to change his eating habits, even though the meds are pretty much ruining his life.

It is so wonderful that you are making healthy changes. I wish you the best and know you will find support and friendship here on RFT!
