Greetings, Everyone!
1.)Which is healthier, Kosher or Sea Salt & how do you know?
2.)Also, since I see sea salts all over the place, how does one know if they have a quality sea salt? Many brands are packaged in a way where the salt is not visible so seeing the color is not an option?
3.)What brands do any of you recommend? Please share.
Thank you kindly!

I am under the impression that you should buy either buy Pink Himalayan Crystal or Celtic Sea Salt.
I do not use salt but I buy either one of these for my husband.

From my research, I have found that natural sea salt is the best option. Your body absorbs it better than traditional salt. I believe a lot of people use the Celtic Sea salt.
There are other sea salts on the market that, due to their location, have additional minerals in it that are good for your body. I personally use Hawaiian red sea salt.
Hope it helps.

The amounts of trace minerals in sea salts are insignificant compared to the amounts that can be obtained from natural plant foods. There are no nutritional benefits to consuming any particular type of salt. If you consume it to enhance the flavor of your food creations then keep it on the conservative side... like about 3 to 4 hundred milligrams.... which added to the amount of sodium already present in food keeps you in a safe range.
Just some healthy advice, that for most who are addicted to the salt habit, will not heed. :D
