I sort of have a dilema.
I did gymnastics for 10 years and became VERY strong, active, and fit. Well, I quit almost 5 years ago and have become very weak, and no activity at all. I'm wondering what type of regimine I can do. I've made HUGE plans to do all this stuff, but that's thinking that my body can do what it used to do, which is not the case. I just don't know where to start. I'm doing weights every other day and a yoga-type class, but I need much more. I want to do a lot of cardio and stuff but not sure how to get started...any tips or routines you could suggest? I do notice with raw I have much more energy (once detoxed from cooked again).

Get outside and get walking. I'm assuming you're doing weights and yoga indoors. You need oxygen. No matter how bad the air is outside it's still better than the recycled air inside. Make sure you're swinging the arms as you walk.

Another option ~ swimming ~ outdoors of course and if you can get into a pool w/out chlorine, so much the better.

I concur with Revell. Start walking outside. I was an aerobics instructor and weight lifter 3 years ago, and had to stop teaching. My workouts drastically decreased and I became weak as well. I first tried to dive right into things again and lift like I used to and run like I used to, but I found out quickly that led to burnout and I needed to gradually get back into the swing.
Now, I have been doing light aerobics, moderate hiking once or twice a week and walking. I've just started incorporating weights again a few days a week, but it's definitely moderate.

You'll get your body strong again...it just takes patience and diligence. ;)
