So... I am only on day 3 of raw food and my stomach appears to have gotten fatter but my legs are losing weight cause my pants got looser. I think I am bloated/constipated :( Since I got off the master cleanse I have had some difficulty going to the bathroom. I'm not sure if it's due to the raw diet or the cleanse but I regret eating cause it hurts so bad coming out. Yes I know... gross, but true. Basically when I do have to go it feels like rocks and shards of glass coming out my rear end. I have tried eating mostly fruits instead of veggies cause I thought fruit would help "move things" through the first few days. What can I eat to help resolve this, is this normal when first starting out? I feel like quitting right now but I'm not sure cooked foods will help either. What to do?
