Hi Everyone!

I just joined this lovely forum today and looking forward to learning all about this new lifestyle I have embraced. I've been full raw for 8 weeks this past Monday. So far I have released 18 lbs. I started @ 188 lbs and now down to 170.

I'm excited! :D

Welcome to the forum! You will find this is a fantastic site! I love it! I'm new to the forum and also about a month into raw. (so new into that too) Today I have off so plan on spending time looking thru the archives. I have a tendency to make things harder than they need to be so figure I'd get some food ideas too.
