Hey foodies! New to this forum, & just trying to eat well and stay healthy. I love fruit smoothies, but need more veggies in them!!! Recipes are appreciated:) I also work with a great company called Tabak's Health Products. It's exciting to be here, look forward to meeting you!

bananas and mangos make great bases for green smoothies, as they get nice and creamy, and have a flavor that can balance out the bitterness of greens like kale, and collards. Spinach and swiss chard taste mild in smoothies, so they are good to start with :)

I use banana in everything and usually mango, too, because I like my smoothies sweet. The important thing is to rotate your greens.
As for recipes, use the fruits you like and add greens - maybe just a handful at first until you get used to the taste - then work your way up to more.
Here's how I rotate my greens on a weekly basis - though if something more exciting show up at the market, I readily substitute:
Monday: Spinach
Tuesday: Kale
Wednesday: Parsley
Thursday: Dandelion Greens
Friday: Beet Greens if available, otherwise Romaine
Saturday: Cilantro
Sunday: Celery
