Anyone use the Hallelujah Acres approach to transitioning to RAW?

It's a 100% Vegan whole foods with all RAW accept one meal kind of thing..I think.

I'm curious, too. I wonder what is the point of having one cooked vegan meal? Nutrition? Variety? Transition? Or...?

I get the impression its a matter of variety unitl you up your raw and superfood intake from 85% to 100% RAW

I started the H.diet over 10 years ago. I do believe it teaches alot of good things. They allow for the 15% cooked just to make it easier on people to transition, but that 100% is best. Dr. Malkamus was 100% raw when he first did the diet to recover from colon cancer, for a year, and still is very high raw.

Unforetunately, alot of people don't really understand that the goal is being mostly raw. Its hard to break those cooked food addictions. But it does get to ball rolling for people to transistion.
