part 1:
are dulce and kelp the same ?
is liqui-kelp (found on puritan's vitamin site) ok to use in dishes that call for kelp? and what about kelp tablets?-this one i'm on the fence about I don't think it would be right to do but no where in a 60 mile radius N S E W carries kelp, nori sheets etc.

I'm going to ck out a store a friend was telling me about that is suppose to be a organic health food store. maybe I can find some things there.

just cked at puritan's site and only one is just kelp and gelatin capsule.

They're not the same, but interchangeable in recipes. You need to make sure you're using raw, organic sources which the ones you mentioned aren't. Buying online is the best way to get it and usually at much better prices than a retail store anyhow.

thanks i'm searching sites now to decide what and how much I need. does nori sheets go bad? I found htat I had bought some a yr or so ago and they fell behind boxes in my food pantry, i just recently discovered them again when I dug out the juicer.
