today it's going to be:
almond milk until that's gone (maybe 3 glasses)
banana's x6
granny smith apples x3
baby carrots x 2 cups
water 16 oz x 5

Today:
cacao green smoothie
large salad with miso dressing
marinated eggplant and red peppers on carrot "rice" with lemon tahini dressing

Just a reminder to those participating in this challenge.


We want the focus of these monthly challenge threads to be on staying raw and accountability. Therefore, if you have eaten all raw and then slip up and have something cooked, we don’t want you to beat yourself up over it or dwell on it, but this is not space to discuss it. You are more than welcome to document it in your journal/blog or ask for help in the discussion area, but it is not necessary (and not allowed) to discuss your slip-up here in the challenge threads, just get right back on track and keep going!

In the event that you feel you are not quite ready to fully commit to the challenge and you find yourself having slip-ups often, then please join us again during the following month. Of course you are still more than welcome to participate on other parts of the forum, but we would really like to keep this section dedicated to those who are committed to doing 30 days 100% raw.

Hey everyone! So far I've just had my GS and a banana today, but I've got salad, another banana, a plum, and some celery. Then who knows what for dinner tonight :)

Enjoyed an apple, deyhydrated apples & dehydrated fresh pineapple,
now moving on to my "almost feta" salad for lunch -- but no feta of course.
All raw. This is delicious!
had my "raw" cereal again -- that is SO YUMMY -
almond milk with all sorts of things in it -- raw almonds, walnuts, dehydrated fruit, blackberry, strawberry, banana...
the blackberry fruit leather turns the almond milk purple -- yummy!
grapes -- I guess grapes were dinner - they're awesome & delicious big fat red juicy grapes.
lara bar earlier -- that hit the spot (considered raw? (I believe))

Red pepper lime soup, one of my favorites YUMMY!
