Welcome welcome welcome!!!
Today is Day 4 of the 30 day challenge.
If you haven't already... please take a moment to read the posting rules/guidelines (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/announcement.php?a=3) of this section. Thanks!
Beginning the day with "green lemonade." Even though I haven't been perfectly 100% raw, I'm already finding the pounds are starting to shed, and I wonder how long this will continue and hoping that it will continue throughout the 30 days. I find that when I'm hungry, I am REALLY HUNGRY but when I get full; I get full so fast... Can't even finish what's on my plate! This is definitely very interesting. It's interesting too that because things are mostly raw, the senses aren't so afflicted with delicious sweet and savory smells of cooked foods; I wonder if this lends at all to not overeating, not snacking simply because we want to taste some delicious thing we're smelling. Instead, we mostly eat because we actually "need" to get food in the body and we're hungry.
**Later that day... My husband brought me red fragrant roses... They are lovely. They smell so good... My diet is so lacking of scent right now, that honestly, these rose petals smell like
they would taste good - lol!~
I think I will try this for dinner: http://www.raw-food-diet-inspiration.com/raw-cauliflower-recipe.html

Bueller? Bueller? Today IS day 4 right? :p
Yesterday I went a little bizzacko buying up produce, so today I need to get some meals put togther for the week....
Today I finished the last of the carrot cake for breakfast.
Lunch is most likely going to be a cheese and onion bread sandwich with a side of grapes. (gonna make alissa's swiss cheese and use it as a cheese spread instead of dehydrating it).
Dinner will be a kale-avo salad with cukes, red peppers, and red onions.
Snacks, if necessary will be: watermelon-gingerade or banana i-scream or cacao nibs.
I'm going to make a bunch of food today and freeze it. Next week's premade menu items will be:
watermelon gingerade
applesauce cake
something to do with peaches (ideas, anyone?)
trail mix
flax bread/crackers
zuccini chips
white pizza
Hulk juice (spinach carrots grapes-12 gsapple celery cucumber)
salad huge one stuffed myself full
rice n beans
lots of water. Woke dehydrated so I know I didn't drink enough yesterday
some almond milk

I know that I am a few days late but I would love to join in for the rest of the month and more....
I have been away for awhile enjoying a vegan diet but have been having some health issues and my body is screaming for a cleanse.
Went shopping today and bought a ton of produce and am going to make up some dips, dressings and snacks for the days to come. Concurrently I am starting a month long detox with Ejuva so wish me luck that I haven't bitten off more than I can chew.
Check in with you tomorrow.
