Good morning everyone,
Today's gonna be a tough day for me. I'm feeling quite stressed about everything raw...so much conflicting information out there. Sometimes starving seems like the best option because NOTHING is good for you... but well...gotta carry on.
I'll be having a green smoothie for breakfast, I suppose.
Hope everyone has a nice day~
5:52PM- I had 1/2 sunburger, 2 tomato slices, 1/2c almond milk, 2 small raw chocolate treats

NanaLove, feel free to talk about what's bothering you. Maybe we can help. :)
Anyone else traveling for the weekend? Any big plans to stay on track? We were planning on going to the coast but will probably go inland because of Earl. My husband doesn't get much time off so this is exciting.
Had sprouted buckwheat porridge this morning for breakfast with a bit of almond butter, raisins and banana. Yum!
Hi NanaLove, can you buy your totally favorite fruits today? Like I had yummy blueberries last night - what a treat! Or how about pineapple? Or - if you have blackberries where you live -- it's picking time and they're such a treat. I'm thinking some comfort favorites are perfect for today :):D

Good Morning! I've got my green smoothie - super fruity this morning, yum. For lunch I've got a salad with greens, avocado and cucumber and tomato. I tried using cold pressed flaxseed oil as dressing but I just can't get down with it. So I'll be using a bit of grapeseed oil and salt and pepper. For snacking today I have a peach, celery, and a special treat - cauliflower and nutritional yeast. So good!
I'm not travelling this weekend, going to try to spend some time laying low. I am planning on making some flax crackers though, I'm craving crackers and guac!
Hope everyone has a good day! And, Nanalove - try not to stress about the foods. If we are stressed about trying to be healthy, its sort of counterproductive! So try to give yourself some love :)

For lunch: I'm wondering what I can come up with that would make me think I'm eating
a ceasar salad dressing. Will look for raw ceasar recipe.

NanaLove - I understand your frustration. Take some deep cleansing breaths and focus on what you like that is raw.
No plans for the holiday weekend either, DH and I plan to lay low as well.
cup of warm water with sea salt, lemon juice, and honey
I didn't finish my creamy cucumber soup last night so I took it with me to work and sprinkled cheezy salad booster from Karyn's Raw on it.
3 mini "burgers" between tomato, garlic, basil flax crackers
nectarine
yummy stuffed peppers (oyster mushrooms, zucchini, green onions, tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds)
green beans with bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, sea salt, oregano, mixed together and dehydrated overnight. It was okay but I think I will add a raw tomato sauce with it.
celery with almond butter and honey
44 oz green smoothie

:( Well shoot. Sorry, I have to leave you all so soon. Turns out I have B12 and Iron deficiency - not caused by being vegan at all - all complications of my autoimmune disease. So long story short, I have to eat a little cooked animal stuff to make sure my baby is getting her vitamins since she relies on me for food until I can get things straightened out. Good luck everyone!!!
