Most of the fat on my body is in my butt and on my back, and chest (I'm a guy so that's sorta embarrassing) any exercise tips on how to get rid of that?

To get rid of fat, you must do cardio. Simple. :p There is no such thing as targeting. You can build muscle in it by doing core exercises though. Google around a bit, you'll find something that works for you.

raw live foods, perhaps a little fasting here and there to assist your body to move those toxins out and most importantly... move your body!

What Shels said. Although I would def do a weight regime 3x's per week. Muscle burns more calories at rest.

I like yoga too. You can do it at while doing nothing. Just get on the floor and do some poses. If you do not like doing weights, swimming is great and there are some water weights you can use in the water. I love them. They've helped me so much.
sadly, it get there overnight so it doesn't go away over night. Just keep it up & love yourself daily.

Overall loss of body fat will do it, along with a muscle-building program - usually by way of a proper weight training program featuring basic compound exercises(the kind that get to large muscle groups all at once, thereby creating more bang for the buck), and a good bit of cardio(4-5x a week, with a couple of those sessions featuring high-intensity interval training). That's the exercise part of the equation, but the most important part by far is diet. By going raw, and not overdoing it on heavier nut-based recipes, one has automatically got rid of a lot of the culprits that are responsible for the accumulation of body fat. Body fat comes off all over - no such thing as spot reducing even though we'd all like to see that fattiest area GONE immediately - just doesn't happen that way. Generally the areas that naturally store the most fat will be the last to go, so be patient. Instead, along the way on your program, look at your leaner areas of your body, as fat comes off much like an onion being peeled, in layers. The leanest areas will show this first as they are already leaner. This is why people faces and collarbones look different before their butt reduces, for instance. That's a good sign - because it means that fat loss has started. Eventually those fattier areas will respond - give it time and effort. It really does take a several-pronged approach to get rid of fat and build muscle, which will lower your body fat percentage. Just losing weight without weight-training of some sort will make you smaller, but not necessarily leaner. This is why people can diet and do a whole bunch of cardio, only to find themselves a smaller and unchanged shape-wise version of themselves, and still flabby. But a very clean diet is the most important overall, and properly-done raw will do that. Check out the before and afters section of the discussions here. Best of luck!

My personal trainer told me that you need to do oblique exercises, picture a side side up or side crunch. Lay on the floor feet against the wall, hands behind your head and bend sideways. It's hard to do but it is suppose to really get back and side fat. "Muffin top" is what my trainer calls it : ) She also told me running is the best way to lose body fat overall quickly.
Best of luck!
