What is the most nutritious? Tastiest? Versatile?
I am just starting out and am curious as to your thoughts...
If I could only pick one - for me it would be alfalfa. It's tasty, so versatile and is very easy to sprout. It's usually readily available in local health food stores too.
I actually make my own mix 50-50 alfalfa and red clover. Personally, I don't care for the spicy sprouts like broccoli, radish, etc.
I also love growing sunflower greens - but that's a different story as they're grown in dirt. But they're my favorite too. *Ü*

Sunflower is the best tasting, most mild, etc. I can eat them alone even. Think they may be the most nutritious too, or at least close.
