I found it easier to blend my greens in a little water than put in milk bag. My question is does this dilute the nutrients. This morning I juiced my carrots and milked my kale put tog and drank. How benificial is this?

Sprouted lentils now what? They taste.... Not good. What can I do with them!!!

Igor’s Lentil Spread - Recipe - 2010-08-27 12:07:00-04
Igor’s Lentil Spread This is a perfect recipe for the cold season when we crave heavier foods. ½ cup sprouted lentils ½ cup sprouted garbanzo beans 1 medium avocado 3 green onions 1 Tablespoon Nama Shoyu (raw soy sauce) 1 Tablespoon olive oil Blend all ingredients in food processor for one minute.

Adding some water to foods that you are blending reduces the oxidation and so is beneficial.

I made Igor's lentil spread very tasty, added garlic to it quite mild it needed to be process completely as the lentils are strong. I had made bread that stayed in the dehydrator a tad to long so I am eating it as a not so crisp cracker.

I may try that lentil spread......but I have hated all the raw humus that used sprouted garbanzos......like the zuke ones though.....

Any chance I'd like this igor's spread?

I have had bad luck with sprouted garbanzo bean hummus too! I read that if you make it when the beans are just barely sprouted it will taste good. I am going to try this...I'll let you know.
Lentils sound good too
