Is your immune system low when detoxing?

I'm on my 9th day of the Master Cleanse & in the middle of the night the right side of my throat was hurting & I woke up with it the same way.

Is your immune system lower when your detoxing?

I highly doubt that it is lower since the body is in a super healing mode when you are fasting. I have only gotten sick once in all the time I've fasted over the past three years.

I've never gotten sick while detoxing or fasting except this time...weird! Oh well! I'll get over it.

For the last week my ear has been closing up and my throat has been getting a little sore during the night. This is the first time that it has ever happen to me also. I seem to have phelm in my throat wanting to come out.
