Most soy sold in the U.S. is GM so be carefull.

genetically modified. I looked it up. I don't think it's raw. I think they sprouted the beans, then cooked them, like ezekials sprouted bread.

sprouted is better than not, but it isn't raw.

I've seen a lot of their products at my WF. they even have veggie burgers.

seems like a good alternative to unsprouted soy, but it's still cooked
