carrot juice a new way at least for me!!!!

Carrot juice, carrot juice, carrot juice, does get redundant. This morning I made my juice as always, but this time I went to the left a bit. There in the fridge calling me to its attention was 'almond milk' So I added 1/2 cup of milk to 1 cup of carrot juice, I am loving it. It takes that,,,, that, carrot flavor and mellows it. Try it you may like it.

That sounds delicious - wish I'd noticed this post before I juiced all my carrots (with apple and celery - yum!)

Okay, I'm not a fan of carrots myself but there was a time when a friend of mine challenged me on something and to whoever loses, gets to have a punishment. Well, yes I was the one who lost and since he knew I never liked carrots, he took me to a shakes / smoothies booth and ordered me carrots + pineapples shake blended together. Since I had no other choice, I drank it. Surprisingly, it was delicious! If you guys haven't tried it yet you might like it too.

You know those buckets of organic baby spinach, pre-washed and available at your WFS and costco? They are the perfect vehicle for dips. :D Just letting you know. ;)
