everybody is different.
I don't think it's too healthy to eat a lot of the gourmet raw recipes all of the time, but a lot of folks do ok doing that.
some eat a lot of fruit
some eat a lot of veggies
it really depends on what works best for YOU

After being raw for awhile, I now eat quite simply-smoothies, pudding, soup, fruit, salad, etc. All take 5 minutes or less, use few ingredients and none need a recipe. I have more days now where I'll do mostly fruit with 1 liquid meal.

I'm pretty much the same!
I started out making simple raw desserts & really big salads, now everything is much more simple. I enjoy a big salad without too much on it & lots of fruit salads & a smoothie

Thanks guys! That was helpful. I have made some of the gourmet recipes -- and think here and there I will but find I am enjoying just fruit, smoothies and veggies done in different ways. I do miss crackers and bread. I made flax seed crackers that were good from Alissa's book but no bread yet. Going to do that though. Working on sprouting so can make some. Plus make some of the dessert type things--fudge balls etc.

The onion bread is the only bread I've tried to make so far, and it's really good. I also like the RP brownies, although I'm really losing my taste for sweets, so I don't eat them much anymore. I do occasionally make a recipe of some sort, but for the most part it's smoothies, salads, fruit, and veggies every day.

To get an idea of what people eat, check out the 30-day challenge. Here's an example from earlier this month:

I love smoothies! You can make meals out of them! I love bananas in mine! Here's my recipe!
2-3 bananas
1 cup of raw spinach
1 cup of water or nut milk
1 tsp of kale powder
Now since your just starting you might want to leave out the kale powder until you get used to it! Also if you just want one that's like a milk shake and not a green smoothie, then leave out all the greens and add more fruit if you want (like berries, apples, pears & etc).

Thanks to all! I'm gonna try the onion bread and smoothie recipe. Thanks to all again.
