Hi,
Found this site wile looking for recipies and some helpful tips, saw a picture of someones recipe for lasagna wile searchin tips to stay fuield eating raw wid hypoclycimea and was hooked, that lasagna looked good lol
Not 100% raw but see it in my future, every week untill i've squashed the last nasty food addiction,I will be canceling out another area of eating . Two weeks ago, I cut out soda and meat, next week it will be bread and sugar. Last will be dairy,I think thats gonna be the hardest. This fatgirl likes her cheese :) but Id rather get healthy and cleaned out more.

Had Read over some of the before/after posts.Truly inspirational. Also read the post Alissa wrote about protien.awesome stuff, since Im already being told by friends ya cant eat this way,you need protien,it was cool to have something to tell them and also for myself to know.
Got lucky and the "mac' daddy of juicers" went on sale and it arrived this past saturday.I cant wait to do a cleanse and get raw,Ive knowen for a long time this is the way but wasnt sure how to go about it.
I had never heard of Alissa Cohen ,till a few days ago, when I can affiord it I will be ordering her books, till then I will be soaking up what I can on these forums and putting me a plan in works and joining one of them 30 day challenges. :D Ronda!!!

Your happiness is contagious dear one. :D People don't even realize what a stronghold, an addiction cooked food has on them. The more I am learning about raw foods vs. cooked foods, the more I share on my Facebook, blog, etc and woooooeeeee...girl, the meat eaters get in a mood and start going on and on about the whole protein thing among other topics. I try to share with them that they are not getting as much nutrition as they think they are by eating meat, drinking milk, etc,.
Cooked food has a hold on them, just like it did me at one time.
I tell them to look up what happens when meat / vegetables, etc is cooked. There is tons of info about the process it takes.
It's up to us to study out the truth and maintain our body's function...to LIVE. ;)

I feel blessed that I have found this path and super happy to of stumbled upon this website with so many likeminded ppl. Im glad that the pill pushing, junk food, overly processed society we live in, is now a choice and not the only way. ;)

Hi Ronda - love your enthusiasm!

I was a cheese addict and never thought I could give it up - but I did, and I have never been sorry. When you stop eating dairy, you will feel amazing!

Welcome to RFT!
