I have lost a lot of weight and come a long way on my raw food journey. From now on I will be positive about this and not dwell on what I haven't achieved and where I am not! xxx

Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing great. I am currently on day 32 of all raw! I realized today that the 30 day mark had passed, but I have decided to keep going. And I will keep using this forum as it really inspires me a lot. (Thanks to all of you for that!) I am still witnessing changes as a result of the raw food, and I'd like to see where it goes! For example, recently in the late afternoon I have soooo much energy that my body demands a good session of exercise. I love it!

Breakfast of raw mango cheesecake from Heathy's online raw dessert book. Lunch of arugula salad with zebra tomato, hemp seeds, dulse, avocado, and olive oil. Dinner of leftover raw chili, and a peach.
