Hi everyone,
Todays plan
Peaches
green salad
walnuts
apples and pears
I am going to another city to stay with my relatives. They are all cooked (everything) eaters.. They do not know the way I am trying to change my habits. I will not quit my challange and if anybody is offended because I am not eating what they cook, that is their problem!
I will be nice though.. Plan to eat salads and fruit...
I hope I can handle it perfectly...
Have a nice day everyone,
When I return, I will give my menus and will weight myself! So excited...

A few people have mentioned obsessing about weight and that is what I have found myself doing and then when I feel I haven't lost enough, I sabotage myself and end up in a binge/raw cycle which cannot be doing me any good whatsoever...so, I have decided to start again tomorrow (not waiting till 1st September) firstly with 7 days of smoothies, juices and fruit and then continuing with the raw through September focusing on putting the healthiest possible foods into myself and then limit myself to one weigh day a week. I started here in April (after a long break) and weighed 166lbs...I lost 19lbs (maybe more but that's the last weight I can find on the 1st June) but I think I must have put some back on. I will weigh tomorrow (though I am scared lOL) and will only weigh once a week. I pledge that I will come here daily to keep me accountable...no matter what.
I am very excited!
Blessings to all!

Hello! Good luck Rawmagic with the trip. I am in my second week of eating 100% raw while staying at another person's house, and it is interesting to see how they start to view my food differently after several days-- with more curiosity and interest. It's interesting!
Breakfast of spinach smoothie with blueberries and strawberries. Lunch of 4 bananas and a raw choco brownie. Dinner of swiss chard wraps of pecan pate, swiss chard/carrot/onion marinade, lemonboy tomato, and cucumber.

Hey Tguch, I think it will be interesting for them too...I am already hearing what they will say ' Sooo, what do you eat? (I say fruits, veggies, nuts etc and they say) ' That is it? How ?'
Will see what happens ...
