I am so in the groove.loving raw......three months and 28 lbs down.......I am not gonna weigh again till Jan 1.....I make myself crazy if I focus on weight.am doing this to glow with radiant health.

Wow! Glimr I din't think that I can wait that long to weight myself again. I'm going to do it on the first of next month. I have been obssesing about. I hope that I don't start again after the day.
B- flaxseed, plum
L- juiced apples, zucchini and ginger
S- Blended afalfa and zucchini
D- lettuce, pesto, red pepper and hemp seed salad
S- boysenberry, raspberry, and blueberry smoothie

Hello!
Green smoothies of spinach, mango, almond butter and banana. Snack of raw choco cake. Mushroom soup for lunch. Dinner salad of red leaf lettuce, tomato, sprouts and avocado with olive oil-acv dressing. Peach for dessert.

Hey everybody.
That is a good choice GlimR. I too don't know if I could wait that long, lol. But I suppose the less we weigh ourselves the better, as health isn't about numbers.
Snacked throughout the day on:
-Grapes
-Dried cherries
-Dates
And dinner was a scrumptious bowl of fresh and frozen banana with frozen mango, topped with a bit of cacao and almond butter. :D

I weighed myself already and it has only been 5 days...i was already down 3 pounds....but I feel like I was so swollen with water weight from SAD food that I am just debloating:o
Breakfast-peach,mango, coconut water, green mix smoothie
Lunch salad-spinach, almonds, olives, tomato, carrots with ginger dressing
snacks=hemp cacao balls-so yummy! jicama with lime
Dinner-apple with almond butter, kale chips, orange,
Already feeling great energy...had some emotional cravings for bad food today...but not physical.
