Hi everyone,
Weight is falling down day by day yuppieee
Will share the results at the end of the challange. Today is my 27th day...
I am a little bit lazy these days so I do not make smoothies..

Just grabbed prunes,peach and pear for breakfast
plan to eat purslane salad for lunch
some apples
a large green salad
grapes

have a wonderful raw day...

Hi everyone! Haven't been posting everyday but I'm still here with you and rawking! :) Hope you're all feeling great. I love being in the States-- went to the health food store today and it was a raw foodie's dream! We don't have some of these food options in France.

Today's feast: 2 bananas, green smoothy of spinach, cantaloupe and hemp seeds. My first time trying hemp seeds, yum! Tomato soup with sprouted beans for lunch. Snack of raw choco cake and peach. Dinner will be a kale salad- my first one! :D

B- flaxseed, juiced apples, zucchini and ginger (not bad, was tart)
L- watermelon
S- Blended afalfa and zucchini, watermelon
S-lemon water
D- tomato pesto wrapped in romaine lettuce
