Hi everyone,

I am not in the mood for smoothies for a couple of days..

6 dates and 3 walnuts for breakfast
1 carrot, goji and almonds in lunchtime.
when I feel hungry plan to eat a salad
a soup for dinner could not figure what to do now
after dinner snack I plan to eat pears

B- watermelon
L-blended ALFALFA Sprouts
S- zucchini noodles, pesto, flax crakers
D- Blended zucchini and water, lemon water
I'm too lazy to make any thing special.

Well I know I am gettting started late this month or early for the next month...but I am 3 days raw today, so I wanted somewhere to track my journey:)

Today so far:

Raw Granola-homemade raw almond milk
orange
banana


It is amazing how in just three days I am already feeling better...today is even my day off and I was up wide awake at 6am...I usually would be in a deep sleep food coma from the day before.

I am going to wait to go back to the gym until next week...just want to give myself a week of starting off and keep it simple...
