Hi everyone,
hope everybody is doing fine. This is my 25th day and I feel better and better everyday..

Today I ate watermelon, peach for breakfast. In lunch time I had mixed salad with beets yummy!
I plan to eat some almonds in the afternoon and maybe a raw tomato soup for the evening..

Hey everybody. =]

No plan for the rest of the day, but just now I'm finishing off my breakfast.
Juiced some beets (somewhat unsuccessfully, with a blender and cheese-cloth), and then blended the juice with an orange and some spinach. Wow is it good! I was expecting the beets to be a chore, especially from the way they smelled!

Almond Milk, cacao, carob, brazil nut, hemp seed, maca, mesquite, banana smoothie for breakfast....

Juiced most of a watermelon...made three qts. Two still in the fridge.

Salad tonight with lots of veggies and dark, mixed greens, avocado too...been having one a day, most days.

A couple of peaches if I am hungry later.

I am very thankful for this forum.....if not for this, I would have given up years ago.

B- boysenberry, raspberry, blueberry smoothie, hemp protein
L-blended ALFALFA Sprouts ,flaxseed
S- zucchini noodles, pesto
D- pesto and flax crakers

I may have an apple later !
