You completely amazed me w/ those before & after pics!!! I am new to raw & had also received my "initial" insight to being vegan from Harvey & Marilyn Diamond :) Up until about 5 years ago I was 100% vegan & followed the principles laid out in "Fit For Life" to a tee. After having my 4th child I weighed-in at 108 with fairly easy maintenance. Then, some things happened in my personal journey & instead of being strong, I caved & ended up returning to my typical childhood SAD way of living :( Now, I am weighing-in at 154.0 and trying to "raw" my way back to health. Your site has added to my motivation and for that I thank you sincerely!
Many Raw Blessings to you ~

Thank you for the nice words, and for visiting my website. I'll take this opportunity to give the credit for its design and construction to one of the regulars here, rawkinlocs (sp?!). I think she did an awesome job. Anyway, I hope to visit here often, although time seems to be running shorter and shorter. Speaking of which, I'm having a Raw Food 101 class tomorrow that I will announce on another thread, in case there are some Seattlites lurking about. Thanks again!

Hi Nora, welcome!!!

I too have looked at your raw school website, and found it to be incredibly refreshing.....
I have had a question I would like to ask you, and I would post it on the board, but it is feminine in nature, and I would be a bit hesitant to ask with such a widely viewed audience....
Is there a way to ask something to you in private?
PS - Nora, I just sent you a private message. I am posting that, because I had one and had no clue that I had one ; )..... Anyway, thanks!
