I've been raw for a little more than two weeks.
I love it and never want to give it up.
I eat mostly fruit. But I also eat a salad everyday.
But this morning, I woke up with something on my lip.
They're like little, swollen-like bumps on the corners of my upper lip.
They're a little itchy but it's easy to ignore.
It's not very noticable, but it's there.
I've never had an allergic reaction to fruit before. But I think that's what happened.
That's something that worried me.
I have no idea what the fruit was.
I just ate a couple peaches two days ago, but that would have been a slow reaction.
On Wednesday Night it was my first time to eat a whole lemon.
That might have something to do with it.
I read online about Oral Allergic Reactions, it says most are caused by raw fruits. I really don't want this to end because of allergies.
Has anyone else had this before?
School starts in three days, and I'm excited but I don't want to go to school with a swollen lip.
Thanks.

Are you sure that it is not a cold sore. I get those and it sounds like it.

You could try going on an elimination diet. I get oral allergic reactions with some fruits and chemicals on the fruits and stuff. Citrus is a biggie for allergies, so you might consider cutting those out and see if there's an improvement.

do a process of elimination. I can only eat a few greens, get a reaction from the others. When I try something new, I do it by itself.
