Hi. I left Raw eating around 2007. I live with my son, DIL and 2 grandchildren. they do not do raw so i found it so very very hard to stick with it but i remember how my psoriasis cleared up. Now my arthitis is bad and i am hopeing if i can get back into eating Raw once more that I will not be in as much pain as I am. The one thing I loved was a chocolate fudge. I am not sure of what all was in it. I think it was cocoa, raw agave and coconut. I dont know if it had any other ingredients in it. I just loved it. I could never get the coconut oil to mix in all the way so it left these little dots of coconut and it was such a wonderful candy to be able to eat. Do any of u have that recipe? I have been doing searches but have not found it yet. Thanks.

Add Almond butter maybe? Or, avocado.

Equal parts almond butter and fresh dates, blended together with as much cocoa powder as you like and refrigerated. :) So decadent.

walnuts/ cacao & agave & coconut if you like it! :)
I made this last night:
1 1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup nuts (i had almonds onhand)
3 T cocoa powder see note
pinch of salt
enough water to blend
I was going to use come coconut to roll the chocolate in decided to just pop the balls in the freezer instead.
note: 3 T is way to much for me so I made another batch using walnut andpecan and 1 1/2 T which suits my taste much better than the 3T cocoa powder.

Sesame Fudge
1/2 cup sesame seeds ground
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
3 TB agave
2 tsp coconut oil/butter
I like this cause sesame seeds are high in calcium:)
