Hemp Hearts. I found them in our travels in a TINY town in the middle of nowhere, North Dakota of all places!! Small organic store on the prairie, lol.

20gm protein in 55gm. lots of omega fats... wow. I've used ground hemp before but this is so much 'better'.

Otherwise known as shelled hempseeds. I've had that brand. Nutiva is the brand found most commonly around here. Ultimate Superfoods, too. My preferred brand is Ojio. All are from Canada.

I like to sprinkle a handful on lettuce with olive oil, nutritional yeast and sea salt. I also put a spoonful in my smoothies. I feel stronger and better nourished when my diet includes hemp seeds. :)

Yes...yes..yes.. We love hemp seeds around here too. They are so tastey on just about everything!

I've had another brand as well. I just really like the texture and tasate of these. maybe it's a chaning thing... I like lots of things I didn't used to.
