the nights are dark and getting darker

Is anyone experiencing this I hear this comes with getting older. Is there a raw food suggestion? I have a girl friend who does not drive at night anymore. Scary thought!

I have not heard this before. Has your friend had laser eye surgery because I have heard that this effects night driving and will make it uncomfortable.

no she hasn't. she wears contacts and glasses.

Don't know how old your friend is, but it could be a sign of early cataracts. Before I had my surgery, I could only drive at night to places I knew. I could not read the street signs, missed intersections, etc. now, I can see great, day and night. :) ( I was 61 at the time)

HI. I was born with poor vision, but it's getting worse with age. I bought a pair of "night-vision" glasses and I love them when I drive at night.

my friend is almost 70 she wears glasses and contacts. contacts all the time and add glasses when she reads.
