I have been mostly raw since June 1st..........I've lost about 25 lbs since then. I have a very long way to go but am on the right path......and it is cool to begin to see a difference. I see it in my face most, body not as much since I have so much to lose. The first is at the end of May and the second today. Will take a progress pic every two months~

great!! just keep positive. If you slip, just go back. take your time. It's been a good yr for me. Not down as much as I'd like to be but I feel sooo much better.
My DD said the other day, "wow Mom, you back cheeks are sooooo much smaller than they use to be!"

Thanks Shels....me too....it's a good incentive for me to keep going to actually see some changes. It's a strange thing but when I look in the mirror I don't see it in the same was as when I look at a photo...for good or bad~:o

But every step lead me closer...now it is just the way things are...not a struggle anymore.
In keeping with all the green changes I colored my hair yesterday.......getting it darker so it will grow out and not look hideous in the process...I am feeling so much better than I was

more energy
sleeping better
discovered I actually DO still have a libido
happier
more connected
peaceful spirit
etc...
