Recipe for pulp from juice

I make juice using a blender by sieving out the pulp. What can be done with the pulp after getting all the liquid out? I want to make use of it instead of throwing it away.. Thinking some kind of dessert puding for the sweet pulp. If anybody has good recipes for this pls share. Alslo what about for the savoury/ veggie pulp?

you can use it to make crackers.

i make an apple pulp/raisin/cinnamon/flax/sunflower seed cracker.

and

carrot/other veggies/greens/flax/spices/jalepenos cracker as well

Thanks Aleesha, another reason to get a dehydrator! I don't have one at moment, wonder if there is anything I can make that doesn't require one..
