So glad it's Friday!!!! Have been awake since 3:30 for some reason...I need some raw energy!!!
Here's breakfast-

Tropical Green Smoothie-
Fresh orange juice, energy greens, 5 oz. bag baby spinach, frozen mango, papaya & pineapple!

Brekkie – chia seeds, 2 olives, a few grapes and a banana
Snack – kale, banana, lettuce, date
Lunch – tomatoes and olives
Snack – banana, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry ice cream
Dinner - olives

Hi everyone! Cravings were gone when I woke up this morning. Hallelujah! :)

Breakfast of 2 bananas and a juicy nectarine. Mid-morning snack of Nakd cocoa orange bar. Lunch of leftover salad of green beans, tomato, mushroom, ginger, endive, and zucchini and I added a small avocado for dressing, then nectarine for dessert. Afternoon snack of RAW wheat berry treats. Drove back to Paris this evening and was able to go shopping and make a scrumptious raw feast! Made my fave Indian spinach dip by Alissa with cauliflower rice. And! I just made my first choco cake. I bought Heathy Pace's Just Desserts ebook online a few weeks ago, and this is the first recipe I have tried from it. It looks good! Chillin in the fridge for tomorrow!

Guys, I finally feel awesome. My goodness, it's my day 23! But better late than never, eh? yay! Hope you all have a great day! :D

today I was out somewhere and did not have so much choices.. so my menu was ;
grapes
10 dates
salad
3 dates

B smoothie: banana, spinach, dates, blueberries
S figs, seaweed
L melon, corn
S kale chips, raisins, a few nuts
D kombucha

My pants feel loose! I wont weight myself until the end of the month though.

B- lemon water, flaxseed, tumeric ( I wasn't hungry yet)
L-blended ALFALFA Sprouts and Kale drink
S- zucchini noodles, salsa, garlic, and pistachios- lemon water and 4 flax crackers
D- boysenberry, raspberry, blueberry smoothie

One of these days I will make some kale chips. I want to try them.

B-1/2 cantelope and a banana
S-apple
L-bananas and spring/herb salad with 1/2 avocado
S-nut butter...not happy about that..
D-more green salad.

today is going to be a liquid day for me if I can stick to it.
spinach, celery, carrots, apple juiced
water x 2
kale, carrots, beets, apple, juice fo lunch
water x 2
kale, carrot, apple juice supper
