I'm getting past the cravings today, thank goodness!!

Brekkie - chia seeds and juice
Snack - 2 bananas
Lunch - kale, lettuce, banana smoothie and olives and tomatoes
snack - a large fig and a few bits dried mango
Dinner - blueberry, grape, banana, coconut oil smoothie
Snack - 2 large juicy beautiful figs, some grapes, a nectarine and 2 bites of an avocado!

Doing great today...

Fresh coconut milk w/cacao, carob, maca, bee pollen, propolis, raw honey, vanilla, hemp seed, a brazil nut & frozen bananas........I love this stuff~

1/2 a honeydew melon....will have the rest later...so good!

Salad for dinner w/greens, tomatoes, zucchini, carrot & avocado~

Just when I had kicked the detox.... Today the cravings started. Who knows why? Maybe because I'm eating dinner every night next to an oven blasting out incredible smells and a family chowing down on their hot cooked meal? Maybe. Maybe because I had a beer two days ago and that woke up some dormant desires? Who knows! But cravings, I've got em. Bad.

Breakfast was 3 bananas and warm water with ginger. Lunch was about 8 plums, a pecan pie Nakd bar, and some homemade trail mix (only the seeds are left now). Had a wonderful jog in the forest where I stopped to pick wild blackberries and eat them! Sort of slowed down my jogging but I was so excited! :) Made a big plate of cut up mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, green pepper, endive, ginger salad for dinner with lime juice.

I have to admit, I'm looking forward to being back in my kitchen tomorrow night where I plan to make something gourmet and raw luxurious! Have a great day everyone!

L-blended ALFALFA Sprouts and Kale drink
S- zucchini noodles, tomatos, garlic, lemon juice, and hempseed
D- boysenberry, raspberry, blueberry smoothie
S- pistachios (maybe)

I need a place to come and share what I'm doing. I figured I'd just jump right in with dinner and keep going from there, one step and one meal at a time.
