Hi everyone,

todays plan;
i did not have time for breakfast or smoothie so just ate 6 dates and 3 walnuts
blueberry spinach smoothie at snack time
a green salad for lunch
walnuts maybe
purslane salad at dinner
peach

Hope your day is a great one rawmagic!!

So far today-

1/2 of an amazing organic cantaloupe

thai coconut water & meat, 2 brazil nuts, hemp seed, carob, cacao, maca, bee pollen & propolis, raw honey, vanilla & frozen banana...........man am I full but will be satisfied for a long time and have energy to burn!!

My plan for later in the day/supper...large salad w/spinach, mixed dark greens, tomato, cucumber, avocado, zucchini, carrot, sprouts, dulse & some kind of raw dressing

snacks-
apple & peach

A strange note...I am suddenly loving carob!!!:eek: What's up with that????

popping in again :)

some raw almond butter and a nectarine so far.

not sure what else today - more fruit, salad for lunch . . . we'll see :)

have discovered that i really like salads w/ lemon juice, olive oil, nooch, salt, and pepper as a dressing.

Brekkie - kale, banana and date smoothie
Snack - chia seeds and juice
Lunch - blueberries, raspberries, 2 bananas, grapes and olives
Snack - banana and pear
Dinner - smoothie with banana, blueberries, raspberries, grapes & coconut oil
snack - olives & tomato

It's a new Day!
B- flaxseed, Granny apple
L-2 cups blended ALFALFA Sprouts drink
S- 2 cups blended red kale drink
D- boysenberry, raspberry, blueberry smoothie
I still have zucchini noodles to eat up but I'm craving a banana...

Salut!

3 bananas and lemon water with goji berries for bfast. Lunch of RAW sprouted wheatberry treats, cherry tomatoes, and a nectarine. Snacked on a few more treats in the afternoon. Dinner was guacamole of avo+ginger+shallot stuffed in a red pepper and tossed with red leaf lettuce and endives.

I'm missing smoothies and juices! But I'll be reunited with a blender in less that 48 hours :) I am also omitting salt from my diet since this past Monday (see the sea salt thread in this Forum) -- I can do without it, but it is interesting that I do miss it... I wonder if I was/am addicted...

Hey everyone!
GlimR that smoothie sounds SO delicious! I make a similar one, just with less of the fancy ingredients. :p

Today:
-Jenna's Green OJ (with Kale instead of spinach)
-Date-coconut rolls
-Huge juicy banana spinach salad with chocolate-raisin chunks
