Teflex sheets are make from teflon and I thought teflon was bad for you. What else can you use for dehydrating

Teflon is not so bad if it is not heated. You can use baking parchment if you wish.

Tefron does not outgas until it reaches 350 degrees, so it will never get that hot in the dehydrator, or with a rawfoodist. it is safe.

But if you want to use parchment paper or waxed paper or plastic wrap , you certainly can.
