This is my 20th day and I am loving the way I eat..
I will share my weight loss at the end of the challange..

todays plan
watermelon spinach lemon smoothie
purslane tomato salad
figs maybe
spinach salad
grapes

I love summer...so much great raw produce available. I've had a bit of a struggle the last few days but am back on track...finally posted several pics in the before/after thread......can see it in my face most but not so much elsewhere but I'll take it!!:D

Food for the day

Hi! Breakfast was 3 bananas and some goji berries. Lunch of almond/pecan/sunflower seed/pumpkin seed/fig/prune/cherry trail mix and some grapes. For dinner had a huge salad of red lettuce, carrot, cucumber, radish, and yellow pepper. Topped only with lemon juice. A few apricots for dessert. As I am preparing my meals at someone else's house and eating at a table with 8 others, I am keeping the food simple. It is a good exercise for me- I am generally on the more creative gourmet side of raw food preparation. This is a more simple approach!

Brekkie - kale, banana, date smoothie
Snack - nectarines
Lunch - kale, banana, date smoothie
Dinner - 3 olives stuffed with chilli - YIKES!

Hey all. Lots of water today, and a couple dates.
Shake later tonight. =] Banana, beet, spinach, whatever sweet taste sounds good.

Hi all,

today was a smoothie day for me..two huge smoothies..later some almonds and I just had some watermelon as well...see you tomorrow..

B- 2 cups blended red kale drink, flaxseed, Granny apple and that made me feel very full! Wow!
D- boysenberry, raspberry, blueberry smoothie
S- sun brewed ginger water maybe another apple if I feel like.
very busy today haven't had time to eat.

today it's going to be: 64 oz water
nuts and banana's
orange slices, grapes, plums, avacodo
baby bello with guac for dd and I ds will have loaded salad
