Hey, I'm new here and I need some major advice.

I'm 17 and I've been mostly raw vegan (90%) for about 7 months now. Everything was going great until about a month ago. I keep binging on non-raw foods.. junk foods. Then I feel guilty about it afterwards. And I've gained A LOT of weight. I was about 100-103 pounds before I started going raw and I maintained that weight until this month, which now I'm 112! I always work out everyday but the weight isn't coming off. Being very thin my whole life, this weight gain is playing a huge role on my confidence. I feel extremely fat (which I know I'm not, I'm still very slim and fit) and bloated all the time.

My family is not raw, or vegan. So there is the occasional pretzel bag or donut in my house which is very tempting. None of my friends are raw or vegan so it's hard when I'm with them in a setting where eating is involved.

I always feel so great and fresh after eating 100% raw all day but when I eat junk I just feel gross and bloated.

Does anyone have any advice whatsoever on how to keep myself from binging on these junk foods and continue on with a healthy raw lifestyle?

Thanks xoxo

It can be hard at first, but if you just go 100% raw, you will finish detoxing and get rid of those addictions. The specific non-raw foods you've been mentioning are pretty addictive, and if you can keep off of them for a few weeks the addiction will go away.
Also, try drinking more water. That always helps. :)
