lemon pulp - what to do with?

i just juiced lemons and grapefruits for a drink and have about a large spoon of pulp left. i was wondering to use it, but i can't seem to think of any recipe except a lemon pudding, but i don't have avocados at home :-(( also i thought of making candy with it, using nuts and dates, but not sure if this would be such a great idea ... i have walnuts, pecan nuts and brazil nuts...
any other ideas??

how about some kind of lemon bars?

may be you can mix nuts and dates or other sweet raw stuff in food processor and then add the lemon pulp ?

I would add it to some good 'ole fashioned Clean H2O!!! I just LOVE my H2O flavored with Citrus!!! It's quick and easy and makes your H2O taste Oh, So GOOOOOD!!! :D
