Everyone talks about sprouting this and sprouting that so I have been doing just that. I sprouted rice. Got little tail, they were cute. Tossed them. Sprouted quinoa umm made a salad. My 3 yr old gson enjoyed that with me. Thought would try using it as a breakfast cereal also, with dried fruit nuts, yes. Sprouted wheatberries made rejuvelac not a good flavor but drinkable. Now I have moved on to sprouting sunflower seeds. Okay! What do you do with them?

I can't wait until I can get to sprouting! I'm looking forward to using sprouted sunflower seeds in my salads. I used to use unsprouted ones years ago in my salads. Not sure why I stopped that.
Have you tried making rejuvelac with ryeberries? Sproutpeople mention it's their favorite way to make it.

Do a SEARCH for RAWritos recipe!!! They are WONDERFUL and call for Sprouted Sunflower Seeds!!!!
After my sunflower seeds are sprouted, I then dehydrate them and put them in quart glass mason jars. I keep one in the fridge as my husband loves adding them to his daily salad and I have some salad recipes that call for them - the rest I put in the freezer awaiting recipes. *Ü*
