Cleaning the juicer is a state of mind. It longer to prep your fruits and vegys than to clean the juicer. When we were cooking SAD meals, cleaning involved the dishes we prep with, the pots, the pans, the stove, washing dishes after if like me no dish washer. Even with dish washer you had to prep before you put in washer. shall I go on? How long did that take? I juice my meal and before I drink I clean my juicer. I prep the meal first. I put out my foodstuffs cut them up etc. Fill the sink with nice warm sudsy water. Make my juice, break down the juicer put in sudy water swish rinse its done. I pour my juice in a pretty pitcher I drink my juice from a stem crystal glass. Relax or if on the run I still treat myself to a pretty glass. After all Raw Food Eating is all about ME. Just my thought on the matter. Relax! enjoy the whole experience.

I agree completely. 100%. The time I put into cleaning my juice is less time than my body is putting in to cleanse my organs, blood etc. I figure the output is totally worth it. ;)

Love these thoughts.

I have a special "juice jar". Know it doesn't sound too fancy, because it isn't - but it is mine alone -- no one else uses it. And it is only for my morning juice. I love filling up that jar -- It holds 24 ounces of pure delight every morning!
