Got a bunch of fresh figs in my fridge I don't know what to do with. Anyone have any suggestions?

Every time I've tried them they've tasted flavorless. So I used them in pudding:

1 Peach
1 1/2-2 figs

There are differences in flavor and texture, depending on the variety. Mission Figs are my favorite. I usually eat those before I have a chance to do anything else with 'em. :)

Figs are great in smoothies, blend with coconut milk or nut milk, and a little vanilla. Fresh figs can also be used to make Fig & Date Squares (http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=42966&highlight=date+squares).
