I am also looking for a good raw pate i can make that doesnt use alot of nuts.
anyone have any ideas?

you can use zucchini as a pate'

You can cut back the nuts in any pate. You can use this as a pate:

Nut-Free Pesto
Avocado
Lettuce head
4 Celery stalks
½ Basil bunch
1 Lemon, juice

Or some other type of dip like spinach avocado. White mushrooms, cauliflower or zucchini can often be a substitute for nuts.

Sunflower seeds are good in a pate, too.

I like to add wilted cabbage. Decreases the amount of seeds needed and makes a very tasty pate!.
