Hi everyone,

today

green smoothie with spinach, watermelon and lemon
2 peaches
gazpacho soup
walnut
dates
carrot
and I still want to eat :)
dinner will be a spinach salad with tomatoes

Today I just wanted to eat everything but I cannot break my promise, this is my 17th day..Cooking for my husband all the time.. But this is my life and I cannot change the way he eats right now, although I plan to do in the next months...

I started to lose weight again so I must stick to my plan..

Hope everybody is doing well..

Many hours of research and writing ahead today . . .

Here's what I have prepared ahead:

Zucchini / Sunflower Seed Hummus
Wilted Arugula and Spinach
Mango Slices
Cheeze Krackers
Sprouted Rice Salad
Kreamy Orange-Miso Salad Dressing

I will have my Green Smoothie soon and a big Green Salad later

We have a small graden out back and my fiancee wanted to use the basil to make pesto. I then convince him to use our zucchini and stred it up to make pasta for the base and since we didn't have pine nuts we used hemp seeds. He agreed and we both were extremely happy with are completely raw dish! Of course and hour later he ate a turkey and cheese sandwich but it's all good!

B- 1 cup honeydew melon
L- Basil Pesto-w/hemp seeds, garlic over zucchini, nectarine
S- nectarine
D- boyensenberry, raspberry, blueberry , flaxseed smoothie

B-smoothie with lots of peach, blueberry and spinach..yum
S-banana
L-celery and watermelon
S- banana
D-zucchini pasta with broccoli, olive oil and black pepper

S-nuts and raisins

Hi we began our journey today so here's our meals.
B-banana x2, few walnuts, magnesium tablet 32 oz water
l-loaded salad 16 oz water
s-walnuts, 2 banana's
d-apple grapes

my children also had a grilled cheese Sammy for dinner and it was difficult
not to fix one myself
