hello everyone,

my plan for the day is:
pear ginger cinnamon collard green smoothie
pear again
a large salad with spinach aragula tomato with lemon and olive oil
goji or walnut
may be a soup
a peach

Happy Friday the 13th!

Getting better today, went for a long run in the sunshine, and I felt great afterwards. I ran primarily because I felt the need to sweat and move the toxins out. And I realized during my run that even the tough parts, maybe especially the tough moments, can lead you to another level of your journey. So for those of you feeling discouraged, take a look at what that discouragement has driven you to do, because it is probably bringing you somewhere great.

Started the day with 1T of apple cider vinegar with water (I read it cures pretty much everything so I figure I'd give it a whirl!)
Later had spinach smoothie with tomato, carrot, garlic (3 cloves) juice + supreme green powder.
3 nectarines
Red leaf lettuce salad with onions, sweet peas, leftover mushroom burgers, and a hazlenut-basil dressing
Grape juice

I love ACV in water! I sometimes stir in some sucanat. A very tasty drink.

This afternoon I was busy uncooking in the kitchen. I have kale marinating in the fridge and kale chips and chocolate macaroon/haystacks in the D. Can't wait to munch!!

Haven't been that hungry today so far.
green smoothie with kale, spinach, bananas, frozen smoothie fruit (mango/pineapple/peach/strawberry), sprouted BR protein pwdr., kelp pwdr
homemade raw bar
nibbles while uncooking
coming up this evening, I am thinking about a mushroom soup I read about in Eat Smart Eat Raw and lots of fruit

Can you tell it's been an emotional day? ;) Hopefully tomorrow will be lighter.

Hi everyone - just saying hello -- I'm still here, still raw (August 10th was my 1-year anniversary)

I am really busy with work right now and have not had time to log food or exercise.

Hey all..

today was a little better..
Started my day with half a cantelope filled with blueberries, sure helped put a smile on my face..
s- was more fruit
D-watermelon, celery and nuts
D- huge green salad with homemade goop...i.e mixture of veggies in a mambo jambo type manner..it was divine.
Also had some watermelon and nuts.

B- 2 cups blended lacinato kale and Blueberries
S- flaxseed, nectarine, apricot and 2 cups of blended alfalfa sprouts
L- alfalfa sprout salad with chop kale, cherry tomatoes, hemp seeds, grapes, lemon dressing, herbs and spices
D- 1/2 cup of grapes
w/lemon water
