Morning all~:)

I am doing ok...feeling changes but having a moment of discouragement.......trying to focus on each step I take and not on how far I still have to go. I have so much weight to lose and I am only weighing in on the first of each month.....took some pics today and ugghhhhhhhh. I can see the weight loss in my face but that's about it so far....I know I have to be patient and just keep going because I have seen changes and felt them...just trying to not want it to be done already......I know...I know...it's the journey not the destination where the lessons are learned.....*stomps foot*

Ok.....
So far today
watermelon
a banana

later will have

cantaloupe
salad
smoothie/smoothies

Not really feeling too bad emotionally just some divine discontent going on...argggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Hi, still feeling physically uncomfortable, but I took a hot bath today, and exercised, and napped, so it is not worse. It is interesting that despite the physical symptoms, I have no desire to eat cooked food... If anything it makes me more confident with choosing raw (although I do have that nagging thought in my head that says: maybe you don't feel well because of the raw.) I respond by saying, well, at the end of the month see if you still feel this way. :)

Breakfast was 3 nectarines, snack of banana with almond butter, lunch was red leaf lettuce salad with avocado and grapefruit. Dinner was the rest of the avow and grapefruit, then two bananas after tennis.

Starting to take psyllium husk in the evening before bed now to help clean out the ole intestines. I must have drank at least 3 liters of water today-- probably more, but I'm still bloated.

Have a great day everyone!!

I was feeling a little discourage today also. I got on the scale, something that I did not want to do until the end of the month. It's the 2nd time this week, uggh !
The bright side is that I feel great! One of the main reason why I went raw is because I thought that it may help heal my knee pain. It has improved it a great deal. Last year I was taking advill everyday and it didn't seem to improve at ALL! When I went raw in January after a month I could excerise again without pain and without the aid of advill. I only wished that I had stayed 100% raw most of the year.

B- 2 cups blended lacinato kale and Blueberries
S- flaxseed, grapes and 2 cups of blended alfalfa sprouts
L- raspberry, boyensenberry, and blueberry smoothie
D- cherry tomatoes, green oinions, grapes (too many)
w/lemon water
