Hi everyone,

This is my 14th day and wow. I feel good....

plan;
banana,nectarin,collard green smoothie
an apple
a large salad with olive oil and lemon
goji
gazpacho soup
may be an apple again..

I have not been exercising for many months but today I decided to move.
I walked with leslie sansone 3 mile and plan to do it for at least 3 days a week and hope to make it better..

Good Morning all. TOday will be a gret aday, with lots of laughetr to heal broken hearts..:)

Starting my day witha ayummy green smoothie, packed full of spinach, hemphearts and fruit too...
Will snack on fruit, maybe some nuts too, then have a delish salad for lunch..my dinner of choice will be a kalesalad...yum, I am already craving it..lol.

We are almost done with the construction on our new home and I am dying to have my dehydrator back..it has been in storage since june...ugghh, sooon though...

d: raw meal from whole foods

Hi everyone! Still going strong on the raw, but man it is not all sunshine. Breakouts, bloating, gas, lymph nodes swollen, feel like I'm coming down with something, but I know I'm not cause I never get sick. Man, I do not feel good at all!

Green smoothie of spinach, grapefruit and green powder. Lunch was a salad of tomatoes, red and white cabbage, carrots, and lots of cucumbers. Pineapple and grapes for dessert. Snacked on bananas in late afternoon. Dinner was mushroom burgers with guacamole, tomatoes, red lettuce, and cucumber.

Anyone else physically dismal?

Tguch, sorry you're not feeling well :( Hope it passes for you soon. Detoxing is no fun.

green smoothie with bananas, kale, spinach, frozen smoothie fruit, almond milk, sprouted brown rice protein powder
handful of almonds and pecans
rest of the veggies with coconut curry sauce from last night
2 nectarines
plum
half cantaloupe

Aw, I hope things pick up soon for everybody. Good to hear about the laughter Basenjimmama, it truly is healing.

I'm currently eating the most gorgeous salad (lol I always say this), but really, I almost wish I'd taken a picture before digging in. It is mostly baby spinach with a little bit of kale, topped with sliced avocado and soaked sundried tomatoes, all drizzled very lightly with apple cider vinegar with a sprinkle of hemp seeds to top it off.

Anyways, it's mostly been a snacking day.
- Small green smoothie
- Pine nuts
- Three dates
- Almonds

Feel like I'm forgetting something. Oh well.

B- 2 cups blended lacinato kale (yuck!)
S- flaxseed, grapes and 1 3/4 cups of blended lacinato kale
L- raspberry, boyensenberry, and blueberry smoothie
D- red lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green oinions, cashew and grapes w/lemon and salt/ spices dressing
